Alfa Laval Switzerland AG in Allschwil seeks an experienced Operations Manager to own end-to-end execution of customer orders from engineering release to final test and shipment. You will lead a team of about 35 with 4 direct reports, reporting to the Managing Director and joining the leadership team.

You will shape the site's operational strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration, improve safety, throughput, quality and delivery, and embed ALPS, Lean and Six Sigma practices to deliver

• Proven track record of delivering improvements in productivity, quality, delivery, and cost.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and remove barriers affecting operational performance.
• Set vision, plans, priorities and KPIs to ensure reliable delivery on time and to cost with quality.
• Budget capital investment, technologies, and digitalization needs.
• Establish standardized work and SOPs.
• Anticipate risks and bottlenecks; ensure delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
