Novartis in Kundl, Austria, is seeking a Laboratory Scientist to plan and execute analytical experiments on biomolecules using HPLC, CE, ELISA and spectroscopy. You will interpret data, document results, maintain equipment and support QC/QA activities in a regulated manufacturing environment.

With a Master’s degree (1+ year) or a Bachelor’s degree (3+ years) and fluent English, you’ll join a team delivering innovative medicines.

Formación

• Master’s degree with 1+ year of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in a biotech/related field.
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.
• Strong background in biotechnology/biochemistry/analytical chemistry and biomolecule analytics is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with analytical equipment and data generation.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute and document analytical experiments on biomolecules using HPLC, CE, ELISA and spectroscopy.
• Interpret data and communicate results to support product and process understanding.
• Maintain and qualify analytical equipment; coordinate maintenance & routine performance activities.
• Develop, optimize and implement analytical methods for lab innovation and excellence.
• Prepare protocols, reports and lab procedures with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams on projects and initiatives.
• Lead small scientific projects under supervision to build project management capabilities.
• Own and coordinate lab activities to ensure compliance and quality.
