In this hands‑on scientific role, you will plan and execute analytical experiments on biomolecules using technologies such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Capillary Electrophoresis, Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay and spectroscopy. You will interpret, document and communicate scientific results, contribute to equipment maintenance and qualification activities, and help drive continuous laboratory excellence. This role offers outstanding development opportunities, including the chance to lead smaller projects under supervision while building both scientific and project management expertise that directly supports the delivery of innovative medicines to patients worldwide.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 60.978,00 - 89.300,00 EUR
The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Further details will be provided during the application process.
