Job summary

Hollister Co in Austria seeks a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates. The role is part of store leadership, driving sales and customer satisfaction on the floor.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, and maintaining visual displays. Strong English/German, 1 year retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• Fluency in English and German at CEFR B2 level required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory control.
• Represent the brand and uphold company values.
