Kapsch seeks a hands-on Business Intelligence Architect to shape and advance our finance-focused BI landscape. You will connect ERP, BI, and related systems to modernize reporting, planning, and analytics, enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will lead data warehouse modernization, automate processes, and explore AI capabilities within BI. Collaboration with Finance, ERP, and BI teams in an international setting is essential.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong finance knowledge across accounting, controlling, reporting, and consolidation.
• Hands-on experience with integrated ERP solutions, ideally Infor LN.
• Experience as a BI architect, BI analyst, ERP consultant, finance manager, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL Server, including semantic modeling, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of interfaces, ETL processes, data migration, and relational database structures.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
• Interest in and initial experience with AI capabilities and data-driven innovation.
• Business-fluent German and English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into scalable BI and data analytics solutions.
• Design and maintain analytical models that enable reliable business reporting and insights.
• Define and coordinate interfaces between ERP, BI, and connected systems, and create and maintain integrations to ensure reliable data flows.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders and ERP and BI teams in an international environment, supporting accounting, controlling, planning, reporting, and management processes.
• Support the modernization of the data warehouse environment.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives within the BI landscape.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of AI-related business use cases within the BI landscape.
