DHL Express Austria is seeking anExecutive Leader to head the nationwide Operations organization, driving performance across all activities in Austria. You will set strategic directions, lead high-performing teams, and shape the operational future of a major international logistics group.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in Operations, Logistics, Express or Supply Chain environments.
• Strong business acumen and proven experience managing large, complex operations.
• Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Fluent English and good command of German.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within Operations or a comparable business environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of service quality, productivity, cost and profitability targets
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with DHL's business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation and operational transformation initiatives
• Provide strong leadership, develop high-performing teams and foster a winning culture
• Build effective relationships with customers, business partners, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders
• Represent Operations as a member of the Austrian Management Board

Your Profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in Operations, Logistics, Express or Supply Chain environments

Compensation

The annual gross salary starts at EUR 115,000 with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.

In addition, the position is eligible for an annual Orientation Bonus in accordance with DHL Express compensation policies.
