Job summary

Rosewood Vienna in Vienna is seeking a guest-focused hospitality professional to warmly welcome hotel and café guests, prepare high-quality coffee and signature drinks, and actively engage with guests in the Constanze outlet.

You will take responsibility for daily operations, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure guests feel welcome from the first moment. The role requires experience in customer service, a passion for coffee, teamwork, and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Passion for coffee and excellent knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming all hotel and café guests in the hotel lobby.
• Preparing high-quality specialty coffees, cold beverages, and signature drinks.
• Actively engaging with and attending to guests.
• Responsibility for the daily operations of the Constanze outlet.
• Providing personalized recommendations for coffee, tea, pastries, and signature offerings.
