Horizonia is seeking an ambitious B2B Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) to drive growth for Google Cloud and Google Ads in the DACH market, with outbound prospecting and qualification for C-level decisions. Locations available: Barcelona or Krakow; hybrid work; relocation support for Spain/Poland.

Fluency in German and English is required, with at least 1 year of B2B sales experience. Familiarity with Salesforce and cloud marketing ecosystems is preferred; career growth into Enterprise

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development.
• German (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1) language proficiency required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and cloud/digital marketing ecosystems.
• Strong hunter mentality, goal-oriented, proactive with excellent communication.
• Willingness to relocate to Barcelona or Krakow with company support.

Aufgaben

• Outbound prospecting: conduct calls, emails, and social outreach to DACH decision-makers.
• Identify client needs, map to Google Cloud/Google Ads solutions, qualify SQOs.
• Maintain account details, pipelines, and activities in Salesforce.
• Meet daily/weekly activity targets and SQO quotas.
• Build relationships with mid-market and enterprise prospects to expand share.
