Qualifikationen

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) required.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers and visitors, ensuring registration and security procedures are followed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and visitors throughout their time at the Training Centre.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer service expectations.
• Support resolution of inquiries, issues and complaints with proper follow-up.
• Perform administrative duties supporting customers during the training process.
• Assist with customer surveys and data collection/reporting.
• Manage CAE-branded merchandise stock and reordering for the Training Centre.
• Support customer events and Training Centre activities.
• Perform reception and front desk duties.
