Job summary

BRP-Rotax, design and manufacturer of propulsion systems, seeks a Key Account Manager (m/w/d) for its Aircraft Business Unit in Gunskirchen. You will own Rotax’s revenue and market presence, coordinating with distributors, OEMs, aviation agencies and key customers across territories.

The ideal candidate holds a technical bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in a similar role with international distributors, and demonstrates autonomy, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/mechanical field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with international distributors.
• Autonomous working style with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all distributors and their networks in the allocated territories and countries.
• Define, support and control yearly goals for each distributor including complete yearly assessment.
• Handle distributor agreements, commercially and legally, and audits.
• Manage OEMs/end customers, aviation agencies and lobby groups in the territory.
• Lead market studies and derive actions/go-to-market strategies for growth.
• Auto nomous lead organization of major events and exhibitions, including budget responsibility.
