Magna Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH & Co KG in Graz seeks an experienced engineering professional to lead manufacturing and logistics initiatives for local and international projects. You will leverage extensive knowledge of the Chinese automotive market and collaborate with European teams to deliver high-quality production solutions.

The role requires expertise in manufacturing engineering, logistics and supply chain planning, with strong Mandarin and English skills (German desirable).

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a comparable technical field.
• Several years of experience in relevant fields, preferably with OEMs in China and Europe.
• Experience with modern automotive work systems (Lean Logistics, Six Sigma, FMEA or MTM).
• Willingness to relocate to Graz.
• Excellent Mandarin and English skills at C1 level; German desirable.

Responsabilités

• Contribute expertise across time, cost and quality in all process steps and project phases.
• Develop, evaluate and optimize production, logistics, quality or sourcing processes for local or international automotive projects.
• Translate complex requirements into efficient, practical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure progress.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify cost-saving opportunities across processes and systems.
