Job summary

Magna Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH & Co KG in Graz seeks an experienced engineer to support automotive programs across Europe and China. You will contribute to manufacturing, logistics, and quality initiatives, applying Lean Logistics, Six Sigma, FMEA and MTM to improve processes.

Requirements include an engineering degree, several years with OEMs (preferably in China), fluent Mandarin and English (C1), German desirable, and a willingness to relocate to Graz.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
• Several years of experience with OEMs in Europe, ideally with China exposure.
• Experience with Lean Logistics, Six Sigma, FMEA or MTM.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to time, cost and quality across process steps and project phases.
• Develop and optimize production, logistics, quality or sourcing processes for local/international projects.
• Analyze complex requirements and translate into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to drive progress.
• Identify optimization potential and cost-saving opportunities across processes.
