Zusammenfassung

Teleflex is seeking a Country Sales Manager to oversee the Interventional portfolio in Austria. You will lead local sales teams, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with CMA, Marketing, and regulatory colleagues to ensure product availability and revenue growth.

The role requires 5-10 years in Medtech sales leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or Nursing, and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Aufgaben

• Execute Teleflex strategies via local Sales and Commercial teams.
• Develop short, medium and long-term Commercial Plans for Austria.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CMA and Central teams on strategic plans.
• Ensure product availability and CRM updates.
• Forecast and analyze business performance and budget management.
• Lead field visits and build relationships with HCPs and KOLs.
