Teleflex Incorporated seeks a Country Sales Manager to lead the Interventional portfolio in Austria. You will drive commercial execution with local teams, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with Marketing, CMA, and regulatory colleagues to meet revenue and market share targets.

The role requires 5–10 years in Medtech leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel extensively. Remote/field-based work is expected with a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or Nursing/Medical is preferred.
• 5-10 years of Commercial/Marketing Leadership in Medtech environment.
• Demonstrated track record for meeting sales objectives in Medtech.
• Experience in multi-level, major account-based sales processes.
• Ability to communicate with a broad spectrum of people.

Aufgaben

• Execute Teleflex strategies via local Sales and Commercial teams.
• Understand market dynamics and customer trends of Austria.
• Develop short, medium and long-term Commercial Strategic Plan for Austria.
• Collaborate with Marketing and CMA to deliver revenue and market share goals.
• Ensure product availability and regulatory alignment.
• Build long-lasting relationships with HCPs and KOLs.
• Forecast and analyze to support financial decisions.
• Lead regular business reviews and manage budget.
