Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Austria is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Business Unit Finance team in Vienna. You will serve as a trusted Finance partner to Commercial and functional leaders across Austria, turning financial data into actionable insights for planning, investments and resource allocation.

You will gain exposure to a broad pharmaceutical portfolio and collaborate with regional partners while building expertise in analytics, business partnering and digital

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, controlling, commercial finance, or a comparable analytical role.
• Experience in partnering with business stakeholders in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced Excel and financial-modelling skills; Power BI, Anaplan or automation tools are an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently within a team.
• Fluent English; business-fluent German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Austrian Commercial and functional teams to provide financial insights.
• Support planning, forecasting, and performance-management processes.
• Deliver timely management reporting, variance analysis and forward-looking commentary.
• Coordinate close and reporting activities with Global Services and Finance partners.
• Develop business cases and resource-allocation recommendations; track investments.
• Drive governance, data quality and compliance; support controls and revenue assessments.
• Drive simplification and digitalisation using Power BI, Excel, Anaplan and workflow automation.
• Lead projects and share best practices with local and regional teams.
