Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Support month-end and quarter-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast with explanations.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial analyses and reports.
• Help with annual budgeting and forecasting processes and maintain models.
• Monitor KPIs and provide timely reporting for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data.
