Zusammenfassung

The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is seeking a committed new team member for a full-time temporary replacement (38.5h) in Vienna. The role covers society administration, event support and communications, with attractive flexibility and the chance to work in an international setting.

Requirements include strong English (C1), MS Office proficiency, and teamwork-oriented, organised work approach. Travel within Europe is part of the role.

• Support the organisation and onsite management of the annual congress, meetings, workshops, webinars, etc.
• Marketing and communications (website, social media, mailings).
• Data administration and file management.
• Preparation of overviews, evaluations and analyses (for accounting).

The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 149,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.

Our Subspecialty Society & Congress Services team is looking for a committed new team member (full-time - 38.5h) as a temporary replacement (at least 1 year).

Tasks

• Society administration (e.g. scheduling and organising meetings, support to the board and committees)
• Members and participants support (e.g. administration, correspondence, registration)
• Supporting the organisation and onsite management of the annual congress, meetings, workshops, webinars, etc.
• Marketing and communications (e.g. website, social media, mailings)
• Data administration and file management
• Preparation of overviews, evaluations and analyses (e.g. for accounting)

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy is at least € 2,400 for 38.5h (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualifications and can be negotiated.
