Job summary

Viewpointsystem in Vienna is seeking a hands-on assembler to turn components into finished devices. You will work closely with engineers, QA, and production to maintain high standards on the factory floor.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, practical problem-solving, and flexibility to support a wide range of production tasks. You will be part of an international team building smart glasses from PCB to shipped device.

Qualifications

• Completed technical apprenticeship, ongoing or recently completed HTL, or relevant studies.
• Solid technical understanding and careful handling of small components and electronics.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Familiarity with assembly processes, tools, and techniques.
• Attention to detail and a practical problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on assembly of components and devices across production stages.
• Material preparation, pre-assembly, cleaning, packaging, and warehouse support.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble products with precision and care.
• Inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Document and report discrepancies in the assembly process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
