We’re seeking a Team Lead who plays airsoft and can lead others. You’ll build and test gear, own outcomes, and collaborate with Product, Operations and Marketing in Vienna.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years leading a team and owning outcomes.
• Active airsoft player with field knowledge.
• Ability to make decisions and avoid bureaucracy.
• Willingness to work in Vienna and collaborate with Product/Operations/Marketing.

• Lead and grow your team, setting clear goals and a high standard.
• Take full ownership of your area: you make the calls, you own the results.
• Move fast, ship, and improve as you go instead of waiting for perfect.
• Work hands-on with other departments such as Product, Operations, and Marketing in Vienna.
• Bring your player perspective into every decision, because you're building the gear you play with.
