Zusammenfassung

Novritsch, a leading direct‑to‑consumer airsoft brand, seeks a Purchasing Manager in Vienna to own the full procurement cycle for product ranges. You will source components from Asian suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and plan demand to avoid stockouts, coordinating international shipments and customs (AT & USA).

You will work with Product Development, Operations, and Finance to influence margins, availability, and customer satisfaction worldwide, with a hybrid work model and strong team

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Strong negotiation and data‑driven decision making, with focus on costs, margins and terms.
• English at C1 level or higher; German or Chinese is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with international shipping, Incoterms, and customs processes.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures, especially with Chinese partners.
