Novritsch, headquartered in Vienna, is seeking a motivated Junior Operational Purchasing Agent to support Strategic Purchasing with day-to-day tasks, order processing, and supplier coordination.

You will manage shipments, monitor availability, and help optimize purchasing workflows in a hybrid Vienna environment. Fluency in English and a commercial education plus some purchasing or logistics experience are expected; Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) are a plus.

As a Junior Operational Purchasing Agent,you will support the Strategic Purchasing in operational tasks, organization of shipments, and maintain our internal product and supplier data.
