T-Systems Austria GesmbH is seeking an AI Solution Consultant in Vienna to advise on AI-enabled processes, design target architectures, and scale AI solutions across customer environments.

Join a data analytics and AI team focused on cloud, data and automation, with exposure to agent systems, orchestration, and retrieval augmented generation. Strong German and English required, with direct customer engagement and relevant technical background.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science, data science, mathematics, business informatics or a related field or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in development and technology consulting with direct customer contact.
• Ability to translate technical goals into solution architectures and feasible work packages.
• Proven experience with agent AI systems and LLM-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on design and implementation of AI solutions and AI-assisted process automation.
• Analyze and optimize business processes; integrate AI components into existing landscapes.
• Design agent AI systems that plan tasks, call tools/APIs, and execute multi-stage processes.
• Develop AI-powered automation by integrating LLMs, ML models, business rules and workflows.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and monitor AI/agent/automation technologies.
