Deutsche Telekom AG in Austria invites you to join its Data Analytics & AI team as an AI Solution Consultant. You will advise clients on AI use cases, design target architectures, and drive AI-powered process automation across cloud, data and applications.

You will work with LLMs, machine learning models, and integration of APIs, tools and enterprise systems while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining a strong customer focus.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in computer science, data science, mathematics, business informatics or a related field or a comparable qualification.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English with the ability to convey complex technical relationships in a targeted manner.
• Several years of experience in development and technology consulting with direct customer contact.
• Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes and in designing and implementing AI-supported solutions.
• Ability to translate technical goals into solution architectures and feasible work packages.
• Profound practical knowledge of agent AI systems.
• Experience developing LLM-based applications and integrating APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems.
• Safe use of Python, software engineering practices, Git, and container technologies such as Docker.
• Profound experience with cloud platforms and AI services, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong customer orientation, analytical thinking, personal responsibility and flexibility.

• Advise customers on use case development, target architecture and the implementation and scaling of AI solutions.
• Design agentic AI systems that plan tasks, use corporate knowledge, call up tools and APIs, and execute multi-stage processes.
• Develop AI-powered automation solutions by integrating LLMs, machine learning models, business rules, workflows, and existing applications.
• Design agent and workflow architectures including retrieval augmented generation, memory, tool use, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.

• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and continuously monitor and evaluate relevant AI, agent and automation technologies.
