Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Specialist based in Switzerland to help customers adopt and maximize value from an AI-powered clinical research platform. You will translate requirements into configurations, coordinate projects, train users, and support post-launch activities across multiple client accounts.

You will also contribute to pre-sales, reporting, and deployment of new features, working with customers across life sciences in a fast-moving, globally oriented team.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in product specialist, customer success, consulting, software implementation, or a closely related role.

Responsibilities

• Configure and tailor applications to meet customer requirements, including workflows, AI prompts, and customer-specific formats.
• Manage and coordinate customer projects, ensuring solutions are delivered within agreed scope and timelines.
• Train customers, users, and administrators on product functionality and best practices.
• Provide post-go-live administrative and product support across multiple client accounts.
• Support pre-sales activities by understanding customer business needs and contributing to solution proposals.
• Analyze and support the deployment of new product features for ongoing improvements.
• Maintain production and sandbox environments and ensure they remain configured and operational.
• Create recurring and ad hoc customer reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate feedback into practical product solutions.
