Lever, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer - AI-First for a fully remote role working with a partner company in Switzerland. You will build high-scale AI-first applications, combining Java/Spring Boot on the backend with Angular/TypeScript on the frontend, and leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery.

You will own end-to-end delivery, apply secure coding practices, and collaborate with Product while enjoying autonomy in a meeting-light culture.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack development.
• Strong backend exposure with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong frontend experience with Angular and TypeScript.

Aufgaben

• Own full-stack development in autonomous team with Product to define priorities.
• Develop and maintain backend in Java/Spring Boot and frontend with Angular/TypeScript.
• Review AI-generated code for security, architecture, and reliability.
• Take end-to-end ownership from design to deployment in cloud.
