Jobgether's partner company is seeking a Senior Product Engineer (Darkplane, Agentic Platform) based in Switzerland to help shape an AI-assisted software development platform. You’ll operate at the crossroads of agentic engineering, developer experience, backend systems, and application runtimes.

You'll own platform initiatives end to end, collaborate with AI engineers, and engage directly with customers to translate insights into product priorities in a remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience building end-to-end software products.
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js experience; Go willingness to learn.
• Distributed systems expertise for reliable production services.
• Data modeling with PostgreSQL and analytical databases like ClickHouse.
• Experience with agentic AI systems or LLM pipelines.
• Strong product instincts balancing customer needs and business goals.

Aufgaben

• Build and evolve the agentic development platform using TS/Node.js and Go.
• Design and harden systems for running untrusted code and AI adoption in dev lifecycles.
• Develop ingest pipelines, evaluation runtimes, data models, and runtimes.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure reliable, performant agentic workflows.
• Shape developer experiences and guardrails for AI-generated code.
• Own product initiatives end to end from ideation to frontend implementation.
• Engage customers to translate feedback into product priorities.
• Identify risks and improve platform stability and observability.
• Document decisions and communicate with stakeholders.
