Jobgether, in partnership with a Swiss-based team, seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer - AI-First (Java, Angular) for a fully remote role. You will work across the full stack, combining Java/Spring Boot with Angular/TypeScript, own features end-to-end, and apply AI-assisted development workflows.

You’ll collaborate with product stakeholders, emphasize security and reliability, and use AI coding agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering production-grade applications with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Interest in AI-assisted and agentic development including prompt engineering, AI coding assistants, or automated development workflows.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated code for inaccuracies or vulnerabilities.
• End-to-end software delivery including system architecture, development, cloud environments, deployment, and lifecycle ownership.
• Knowledge of secure software development and cybersecurity risks.
• Self-directed, autonomous, results-focused work style.
• Fluent English communication.
• Willingness to learn emerging AI tools.

• Own development and evolution of product features with Product Managers.
• Build full-stack apps using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Apply AI-first development practices with AI agents to accelerate work.
