Trust In SODA is seeking a Full Stack Engineer – AI Systems to help turn advanced AI capabilities into reliable, production-ready workflows in Austria. You’ll work across frontend, backend and AI integrations, designing systems that allow AI agents to plan, use tools, handle failures and complete multi-step tasks.

You’ll join a small, high-calibre engineering team with significant ownership and the opportunity to build AI-native products from the ground up.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Solid understanding of system design and API architecture.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents or AI-powered applications.

• Build end-to-end features across frontend, backend and AI integrations.
• Design agent workflows involving planning, tool use, failure and recovery.
• Integrate LLMs, memory systems and external tools.
• Build real-time AI interactions using streaming and partial results.
• Improve reliability, observability and fallback mechanisms.

The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer – AI Systems to help turn advanced AI capabilities into reliable, production-ready workflows.

You’ll work across frontend, backend and AI integrations, designing systems that allow AI agents to plan, use tools, handle failures and complete multi-step tasks.

What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end features across frontend, backend and AI integrations
• Design agent workflows involving planning, tool use, failure and recovery
• Integrate LLMs, memory systems and external tools
• Build real-time AI interactions using streaming and partial results
• Improve reliability, observability and fallback mechanisms
• Work closely with ML, Backend and Product teams
• Take features from concept through to production

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in full-stack software engineering
• Solid understanding of system design and API architecture
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents or AI-powered applications
• Strong backend experience, ideally with Python and/or Node.js
• Experience building production-grade software in fast-moving environmentsStrong ownership and ability to make pragmatic technical decisions
