Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Support organizational transformation initiatives by partnering with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, operating models, and ways of working.
• Shape the future workforce by assessing the impact of AI and emerging technologies on jobs, skills, and workforce requirements, and translating insights into workforce planning actions.
• Drive AI adoption and adaptation through change management, skills building, AI literacy initiatives, and support for responsible AI integration into daily work.
• Design and implement organizational development solutions including organizational design, job architecture, talent development, and leadership enablement.
• Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement by helping leaders and teams adapt to changing business and technology environments.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners and business stakeholder to ensure alignment of development initiatives with business strategy.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Promote UNIQA’s guiding principles and foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and digital literacy
