Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Controlling, Insurance or a comparable field.
• First professional experience in Insurance, Finance, Controlling or Performance Management, ideally in a reporting, planning or steering-related function.
• Good understanding of key insurance and performance management KPIs.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful management reporting solutions.

Aufgaben

• Design and continuously enhance modern Power BI reporting solutions, executive dashboards and interactive visualizations that transform complex business and financial information into actionable management insights.
• Translate business requirements into insightful management reporting, innovative visualizations and AI-supported ways of working.
• Support international Reporting and Planning activities across UNIQA International entities.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities, Copilot and modern visualization concepts to improve decision-making.
