Allianz Central Europe seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex AI transformation program across CE, modernizing insurance processes with AI and re-engineering operating models. You will collaborate across boundaries, support IT strategy, and align stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

Based at the regional HQ in Vienna, you will partner with Heads of Operations and IT, drive the AI portfolio, and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives with a strong emphasis

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in claims, operations, or process transformation with impact.
• Strong understanding of claims and customer-service processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional collaboration in a multinational context.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of AI technologies and how they apply to claims and CX.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Fluent in English.
