Join is hiring an Associate, Growth & Intelligence in Vienna to build with our AI automation lead and accelerate fundraising operations. You will train Ori deeper into our workflows and scale internal automation across the Infra One platform, working directly with founders and the IR team.

You’ll leverage your AI tools fluency and systems-thinking to map processes, implement automated agents, and deliver faster, cleaner LP touches, while shaping the firm as we anchor top emerging managers.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in AI tools, prompt and context engineering, and a track record of using them to automate real work.
• Experience in machine learning is a plus.
• Able to redesign messy processes and improve efficiency.
• Comfortable with fund numbers and investor conversations.

Aufgaben

• Map how the company actually works, identify automation opportunities, and build agents that automate busywork.
• Enhance Ori with smarter capabilities, better context, and deeper integration into daily workflows.
• Streamline processes for investor relations to speed LP touchpoints and ensure consistency.
• Turn deal-flow data into actionable intelligence for the team and LPs.
• Collaborate with the IR team on LP relationships, onboarding, due diligence, and follow-ups.
