ANDRITZ AG in Graz is seeking an AI & Digitalization Engineer (m/f/d) for around 20h/week to design, develop and deploy advanced AI solutions supporting digital transformation across operations and projects.

You will work at the intersection of ML, data science and modern agentic AI, translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions using LLMs, automation platforms and low-code environments.

Qualifikationen

• Strong ML/AI background with emphasis on LLM-based architectures.
• Experience in data science workflows: data prep, training, evaluation, deployment.
• Proficient in Python and ML/AI libraries.
• Hands-on with low-code AI agent development (Copilot Studio) and automation (Power Automate).
• Preference for high-code AI platforms (Azure Foundry) and Azure ecosystem.
• Ability to translate business needs into technicalAI solutions.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and optimize ML/AI models with a focus on LLMs.
• Build and deploy intelligent agents using Copilot Studio.
• Implement automation workflows using Power Automate.
• Contribute to high-code AI development with Azure Foundry.
• Collaborate with data scientists, domain experts, and IT teams.
• Ensure data quality, security, governance, and compliance.
• Support scalable AI architectures including modular agentics.
• Maintain documentation, testing, and monitoring of AI systems.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies.
