SEGULA Technologies is seeking an AI/ML-focused engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models with emphasis on LLMs. You will build intelligent agents using low-code environments and implement automation to streamline workflows.

You will collaborate with data scientists, IT teams, and domain experts to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions while upholding data quality and security standards.

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models for production use.
• Build and deploy intelligent agents using low-code environments (e.g., Copilot Studio).
• Implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and integrate AI capabilities (e.g., Power Automate).
• Contribute to high-code AI development using Azure AI Foundry (preferred).
• Collaborate with data scientists, domain experts, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, security, governance, and compliance.
• Support scalable AI architectures, including modular agentic systems.
• Maintain documentation, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems.

• Strong plus: experience with high-code AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry).
• Experience with cloud-based AI systems (Azure ecosystem preferred).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
