ANDRITZ AG is seeking an AI Engineer (m/f/d) for around 20 hours per week at our Vienna or Graz location. You will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions across workflows, leveraging LLMs, automation platforms, and low-code agent development.

You will build intelligent agents with Copilot Studio, automate with Power Automate, and contribute to Azure AI Foundry projects, collaborating with data scientists and IT while ensuring data quality and security.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of ML/AI and LLM-based architectures.
• Experience with data science workflows: prepare, train, evaluate, deploy.
• Proficiency in Python and ML/AI libraries.
• Experience with low-code AI agent development and automation tools.

At our location in Vienna or Graz we are looking for an AI Engineer (m/f/d) for around 20h/week.

As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that support digital transformation across operational and project workflows. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, data science, and modern agentic AI technologies to build intelligent systems that create real business impact. Your mission is to transform business requirements into scalable AI solutions—leveraging LLMs, automation platforms, and low-code agent development environments—and contribute to a robust AI ecosystem aligned with organizational standards and strategy.

Your Role

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models, with a strong emphasis on LLMs.
• Build and deploy intelligent agents using low-code environments such as Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Implement automation solutions using platforms such as Power Automate to streamline workflows and integrate AI capabilities.
• Contribute to high-code AI development using Azure AI Foundry (preferred).
• Collaborate with data scientists, domain experts, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, security, governance, and compliance.
• Support design of scalable AI architectures, including modular agentic systems.
• Maintain documentation, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems.
• Stay up to date on emerging AI technologies and trends

Your Profile
