Better Collective, based in Vienna, is hiring an Affiliate Partnerships Manager in its Commercial department. You will be responsible for establishing and managing key partnerships for BC’s Revenue division, with a primary focus on the German and Austrian markets.

The role involves collaboration across Commercial Operations and Business Development, plus regular travel to Copenhagen and partner meetings. Located in our Vienna office, you will work with cross-functional teams to optimise partner

Qualifikationen

• BD/Commercial/Marketing experience in iGaming
• Digital marketing knowledge
• Understanding of the iGaming industry
• Proven track record in sales and relationship/account management
• Understanding of CPA/CPL/CPM/Revenue Share/Hybrid models
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills with a commercially strategic mindset
• Highly organised, self-driven and proactive, able to work under pressure
• German native language preferred
• Fluency in English essential

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain strong relations with key commercial partners
• Ongoing deal optimisation across CPA/CPL/CPM, Hybrid, Revenue Share & Tenancy models
• Collaborate with local stakeholders and product owners to prioritise partners and uncover revenue opportunities
• Keep up to date with regulation, compliance and market trends
• Implement and develop local sales strategy, pricing and pipeline for Better Collective assets
• Coordinate with the Affiliate Partnerships Team Lead & Head to ensure market targets are met
• Analyse and appraise monthly commercial performance
• Provide monthly partner/account reporting with key issues and development suggestions
• Attend quarterly meetings and prepare business performance reports with partners
