Job summary
Erste Group Bank AG is seeking a tech-savvy Compliance professional to drive AFC IT tools and data-driven process improvements across Erste Group. You will work with IT and business units from different countries to design and implement practical AFC solutions that fight financial crime.
The role emphasizes process design, digitalization, and opportunities to apply automation and AI within a dynamic, international environment. Fluency in English is essential.
Qualifications
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree, ideally in IT, business informatics, business administration or a related field.
- First professional experience in an IT-related environment with understanding of databases and IT applications.
- Analytical mindset with interest in process design, optimization and digitalization.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with ability to collaborate across stakeholders.
- Fluent English; German/CEE language a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and harmonize AFC processes across Erste Group, identifying standardization opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT and business units across countries to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize AFC tools and applications using databases and data-driven approaches.
- Own process improvement and digitalization initiatives from identification to implementation.
- Explore automation and AI opportunities to improve workflows.
