Eaton is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer in Austria to design and industrialize future-ready manufacturing processes for LVSA products. You will lead the industrialization of new products and new factories, driving Manufacturing Readiness Level progression and identifying automation opportunities across assembly and material handling.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Process, and Supply Chain teams, support Eplan and MES integrations, and build CapEx cases to quantify
Qualifikationen
- Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years in manufacturing/industrialization roles, preferably in low voltage/electrical equipment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly systems, and automation.
- Experience with CapEx planning, equipment specification, and layout design.
- Understanding of DFM/DFA principles.
- Familiarity with EPLAN Electric P8, ERP, and MES tools.
- Fluency in English and German.
Aufgaben
- Design and industrialize future-ready manufacturing processes for LVSA products.
- Lead new product industrialization and new factories / production halls.
- Drive Manufacturing Readiness Level progression.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across assembly and material handling.
