Zusammenfassung

Eaton is hiring a LVSA Production Scheduler at our Schrems, Austria plant. You will manage production sequence, BOMs, material availability, and capacity in a fast-paced LVSA environment.

Responsibilities include creating work orders, coordinating with plants, tracking dates, and optimizing inventory to reduce waste. Proficiency in SAP and strong manufacturing ops experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Local Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, Lean Management (ELSS), Manufacturing Engineering, Warehouse & Shipping, Quality Control, and Order Management.
• Proficiency in SAP.

Aufgaben

• Create work orders for LVSA assembly considering BOMs, delivery dates, material availability and capacity.
• Coordinate capacity, tool/equipment availability and production line sequencing.
• Match components to assembly steps and input data into SAP work orders.
• Track start/finish dates and material availability; optimize SAP parameters and inventory.
• Coordinate with other plants for delivery date changes and participate in quality activities.
• Reduce excess and obsolete inventory.

EATON is hiring a LVSA Production Scheduler (m/f/d) based at our manufacturing plant in Schrems, Austria.

The task of the LVSA Production Scheduler is to ensure a smooth and economical production process within given and agreed production capacities in a sequence which reflects customer project timeline.

What You'll Do

• Creation of work orders for LVSA assembly considering project size and Bill Of Materials, customer requested delivery dates, availability of material, available capacity on the shop floor and priority
• Consideration of capacity utilization, production lot sizes and availability of tools/equipment
• matching needed components to the right assembly step
• using semi-automated component loading process into SAP work order or manual entry
• tracking scheduled start/finish date versus actual start/finish date and material availability
• Optimization of SAP parameters with regard to parts availability
• Inventory optimization in line with LEAN principles
• Planning and confirmation of customer and stock transfer orders
• Coordination with other plants for delivery date changes for required components for LVSA assembly
• Participation in EBS, MESH, ZISC, ELSS and quality assurance activities
• Reduction of excess and obsolete inventory
