Zusammenfassung

PRODENSA is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to design and industrialize future-ready manufacturing processes for LVSA products, enabling scalable, automated production in Lower Austria (hybrid). You will work with Engineering, Process, Production and Supply Chain to implement DFM/DFA, CapEx planning, and automation concepts, leveraging EPLAN Electric P8, ERP and MES tools.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or industrialization roles.
• Knowledge of LVSA, assembly systems and line design.
• Experience with CapEx planning and equipment specification.
• Understanding of DFM / DFA principles.
• Familiarity with EPLAN Electric P8, ERP and MES.
• Fluency in English and German.

About the Role

As the Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and industrializing future-ready manufacturing processes, technologies, and factory concepts for Low Voltage System Assembly (LVSA) products, enabling scalable, efficient, and automated production aligned with business growth and new product introduction.

Location: Lower Austria (hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement manufacturing concepts for LVSA – assembly strategy (station-based / line / modular), material flow and logistics concepts, production layout and footprint.


• Lead industrialization of new products (e.g. data center solutions) and new factories / production halls.


• Drive Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) progression.


• Identify and implement automation opportunities: post-order engineering, assembly automation, copper processing, material handling, testing.


• Support implementation of Eplan, Digital work instructions, MES system and Data-driven manufacturing.


• Build CapEx business cases (ROI, productivity impact).


• Identify long-term productivity improvements.

Work closely with

• Engineering (EE/ME) → Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFA)


• Process Engineering → process implementation


• Production → validation and ramp-up


• Supply Chain → material flow and constraints

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.


• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrialization role, preferably in low voltage systems, electrical equipment, or related industries.


• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies, assembly systems and line design, automation concepts.


• Experience with CapEx planning and equipment specification, layout design and material flow optimization.


• Understanding of DFM / DFA principles.


• Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing tools (e.g. EPLAN Electric P8, ERP, MES).


• Fluency in English and German.
