Job summary

Prodensa Group s.r.o. is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer in Lower Austria, offering hybrid work. You will design and industrialize future-ready manufacturing processes for LVSA products, enabling scalable, automated production aligned with growth and new product introduction.

Responsibilities include defining assembly concepts, leading new factory industrialization, driving MRL progression, and identifying automation opportunities. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrialization role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies, assembly systems and line design, automation concepts.
• Experience with CapEx planning and equipment specification, layout design and material flow optimization.
• Understanding of DFM / DFA principles.
• Familiarity with EPLAN Electric P8, ERP, MES.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement manufacturing concepts for LVSA – assembly strategy, material flow and logistics concepts, production layout and footprint.
• Lead industrialization of new products and new factories/production halls.
• Drive Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) progression.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities: post-order engineering, assembly automation, copper processing, material handling, testing.
• Support implementation of Eplan, Digital work instructions, MES system and Data-driven manufacturing.
• Build CapEx business cases (ROI, productivity impact).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Process Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.
