We’re looking for a strategic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead the direct-to-consumer growth efforts of a home decor company. You’ll take the reins of our Shopify channel, manage paid ads, develop content and email flows, and build out retention strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in performance marketing and a passion for beautiful, intentional branding. You’ll collaborate closely with a lean, US-based team to bring campaigns to life and drive results that scale.
Own and manage Meta Ads campaigns to improve ROAS and customer acquisition
Plan and produce creative ad content tailored for different platforms
Build and optimize email flows and campaigns via Klaviyo
Lead retention and re-engagement strategies to grow LTV
Manage Shopify storefront content and updates for promotions or launches
Maintain and schedule basic social media content (Instagram, Facebook)
Analyze performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights
Collaborate with the founder and team to align brand vision and messaging
Conduct market research to understand trends and customer behavior
Coordinate asset creation timelines with designers or freelancers if needed

At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
Proven background in brand marketing and performance campaigns for e-commerce brands
Strong communication and creative collaboration skills
Experience working with lifestyle or home brands is a plus
Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm US PST
