Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Buenos Aires seeks a Regulatory Lawyer – Vice President within the Corporate Legal team to support across lines of business and evolving regulatory developments. You will bring deep financial services regulatory experience to support the central corporate legal function and deliver clear, actionable guidance to senior stakeholders.

You will synthesize complex information and work with global teams to ensure compliant, effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• EU and/or UK qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE in financial services
• Broad knowledge of EU/UK banking and investment regulation
• Risk-aware with ability to work across many products
• Familiarity with UK/European supervisory regimes for banks and investment firms
• Quickly knowledgeable on new regulatory developments

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze UK/EU banking and investment regulation developments
• Advise on regulatory change and compliance with requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders on impact assessments of changes
• Advise on capital requirements and prudential reporting
• Develop training on regulatory changes for line-of-business teams
• Collaborate with global Legal and Compliance teams across jurisdictions
• Coordinate with outside counsel when needed
• Support other regulatory-change projects
