Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Markets LRCM Associate based in Buenos Aires to map regulatory obligations to procedures and support the LRCM framework. You will work with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Finance to ensure end-to-end traceability of laws to controls across 24 jurisdictions and languages.

You will develop reference data, perform gap analyses, and respond to QA and audit findings, while maintaining efficient weekly production delivers with quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with JP Morgan’s Markets products and businesses.
• Experience in business controls, operational risk, compliance, legal or audit covering Markets Sales/Trading.
• Understanding of the Markets control framework is beneficial.
• Comfort reading and interpreting legal text as a layperson; formal legal qualifications are not required.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet weekly production targets with quality.
• Detail oriented with disciplined process and quality control.
• Strong business analysis skills for effective decision making.
• Excellent personnel and organizational management; able to work under pressure.
• Ability to partner with related functions for a coordinated program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Determine applicability of regulations to Markets and map obligations to procedures and core processes.
• Act as SME on OLO processes and tools with cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and maintain reference data to aid obligation mapping by product and country.
• Compile procedure gap analysis data and recommend remediation to senior managers.
• Respond to QA and audit findings and drive resolution.
