J.P. Morgan is seeking a hands-on leader to direct Amenity Services, covering conference centre operations, EMS governance for meeting spaces, and dining/F&B.

You will align with AV/technology, Security, Facilities, Catering, Events, and vendors to maintain safety, data protection, and strong controls while delivering measurable KPIs. The role is 100% onsite at Centro Empresarial Núñez, Buenos Aires, requiring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a track record of managing complex

Formación

  • Degree in Hospitality or related field required.
  • Proven leadership in team management, meeting planning, and customer service.
  • Expertise in food, beverage, and catering services is essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management with executives and senior internal clients.
  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability, including financial reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; comfortable with EMS/ARI workflows.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; decisive and team-oriented.

Descripción del empleo

You will lead the day-to-day and strategic delivery of Amenity Services, covering client-facing conference centre operations, meeting space governance via EMS, and dining/F&B services. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders across AV/technology, Security, Facilities, Catering, Events, and third-party vendors to ensure consistent service standards, strong controls (safety, security, data protection), and measurable business results (KPIs, utilization, cost discipline). This role is 100% onsite at our Centro Empresarial Núñez office.

Service Delivery & Client Experience
  • You will lead client, conference centre, and dining operations by implementing global standards and procedures to deliver consistently high service.
  • You will maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to daily operations, prioritizing safety and security.
  • You will manage and resolve client feedback promptly and professionally, escalating and closing issues through to resolution.
Governance, Tools, and Performance Management
  • You will own the EMS room booking process to ensure space availability, optimized utilization, and business continuity.
  • You will produce and share performance metrics (e.g., meeting space utilization, visitor statistics, sales trends) to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • You will drive KPI performance across services, ensuring excellence in menu offerings and overall program effectiveness.
Vendors, Budget, and Continuous Improvement
  • You will run vendor governance through business reviews, corrective actions, renewals, and RFP support to improve dining services and offerings.
  • You will own budget planning and forecasting, productivity targets, and cost optimization while protecting service integrity.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.
  • Degree in Hospitality or a related field; experience in 5-star hotels, event planning, and F&B environments.
  • Proven leadership in team management, meeting planning, and customer service.
  • Expertise in food, beverage, and catering services.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executives and senior internal clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, execute under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability, including producing financial reports aligned to budget and forecasts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; comfortable adopting and operating within structured tools and processes (e.g., EMS, ARI).
  • Clear written and verbal communication; decisive, team-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
