J.P. Morgan in Buenos Aires seeks a proactive Operations professional to handle daily analytical tasks, improve processes, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.

You will be involved in understanding current flows, partnering with infrastructure groups, and ensuring timely responses to client inquiries. The role requires advanced English, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

• Understand and map current process flows and how systems link together.
• Partner with internal teams to enable a one-team approach.

• Investigate queries from internal/external clients and provide timely solutions.
• Complete projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy client and business needs.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client queries, coordinating with relevant teams.

In this role you will be facing different challenges such as:

• Out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well!
• Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills and independent thinking.
• Strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together.

And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:

• Process flow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlined.
• Work closely with other Operational internal teams and infrastructure groups to support a 'one team approach'. Partner with them on a day-to-day basis to perform more efficiently.
• Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved with a client-oriented focus.
• Investigate and provide solutions to various queries from internal/external clients as well as internal teams.
• Complete projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy client and business needs.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day operational client queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution by coordinating with relevant internal teams as necessary.
