Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a UX Analyst for Product Workflows to own end-to-end work flows from field capture to review and reporting. You will map how property managers work, identify confusing steps, and redesign processes so the next person doesn’t have to think through them.

You’ll pair with a visual designer to cover both flow and UI considerations. You bring experience with complex B2B SaaS workflows, strong Figma skills, and a knack for documenting flows and rules that engineering can

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in B2B or SaaS.
• Ability to map flows and write precise specs engineers can build from.
• Strong Figma skills for mapping, prototyping, and handoff.
• Experience designing offline/online state behavior and edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Map workflows end to end from field capture to report.
• Talk to workflow users to simplify steps and reduce handoffs.
• Write logic, branches, and edge cases for each flow.
• Prototype in Figma and run quick usability checks.
• Review builds, log precise issues, and ensure fixes before release.
