Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a UX Analyst focused on product workflows for a Field Operations SaaS product. You will own how work moves from field capture to report and review, partnering with a second designer on visuals, and ensuring the flow is practical and builds cleanly.

The role emphasizes process and flow over visuals, reports to Head of Engineering, and offers a fully remote LATAM setup with a weekly USD contractor cadence and strong collaboration across a small design team.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end workflow from problem to final solution.
• Systems thinking: design for states, branches, errors, and empty cases.
• Write clear flow documentation for engineers to build from.
• Strong Figma skills for mapping, prototyping, and handoff.
• Ability to use AI tools to explore options without reducing quality.
• Basic accessibility considerations (contrast, targets, text size) relevant to flows.

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end to end (field capture, sync, review, report).
• Interview users to reveal workflow pain points and redesign with fewer steps.
• Write logic, branches, and edge cases behind each flow for engineering.
• Design offline and retry states so users see status when signal drops.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with quick usability runs.
• Provide annotated specs for engineers to build from with minimal back-and-forth.
• Review builds, log issues precisely, and verify fixes before sign-off.
