Zusammenfassung

Redpath Mining is seeking a Shaft Surveyor to provide survey control for construction and development of facilities, both on surface and underground, and to update all as-built drawings within this area of responsibility.

The role requires hands-on surveying experience in underground mining, proficiency with MicroStation and AutoCAD, and the ability to coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate drawings and timely data delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Mining/Survey/Engineering Technician Diploma (2+ years) or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in underground operating mine sites is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Install and maintain control points for project construction, including surface facilities and underground shaft infrastructure.
• Provide updated as-built and planning drawings to required parties.
• Liaise with project supervision, contractors and client to coordinate day-to-day survey requirements.
• Track engineering and construction data, deliver reports on a regular basis.
• Support project management and provide information to construction crews as needed.
