REDPATH MINING Mine Hoist Specialist position involves bridging engineering design with on-site construction for shaft sinking. You will oversee installation and commissioning of hoists and associated systems, ensuring design integrity, safety and regulatory compliance while protecting proprietary information.

You will contribute to project design, provide technical support, assist with estimates and procurement, and promote safety and operational excellence across worldwide sites.

Formación

• High school or equivalent education required.
• 10+ years’ experience in installation and commissioning of hoisting plants.
• Superior knowledge of hoisting plant processes.
• Familiarity with Redpath Safety Program and corporate guidelines.
• Reading and understanding engineering prints (civil/structural/rock excavation).

Responsabilidades

• Support installation and commissioning in shaft sinking projects.
• Ensure adherence to corporate standards and safety guidelines.
• Develop and implement quality assurance for shaft sinking.
• Conduct work measurement and data analysis to optimize processes.
• Oversee vehicle use compliance and driver license requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
